Microsoft 365 Administrator training covers the core elements of Microsoft 365 administration, including Microsoft 365 tenant management, identity synchronisation, security, compliance, and enterprise service administration.
Delegates learn how to configure and manage a Microsoft 365 tenant, including organisational profiles, subscriptions, component services, user accounts, licenses, security groups and administrative roles. The course also explores Office client connectivity and the management of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise deployments.
The course then transitions into Microsoft 365 identity synchronisation, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, and Cloud Sync. Learners gain practical knowledge of planning and implementing directory synchronisation, managing synchronised identities, and configuring password management using multifactor authentication and self-service password reset capabilities.
Security management forms a major part of the course, introducing common threat vectors, Microsoft Secure Score, Azure Active Directory Identity Protection, and Microsoft Defender technologies, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Exchange Online Protection, Safe Attachments, and Safe Links.
